A One-Stop Support Network
The immersion experience extends well beyond the classroom.
For many years, the Institut de Touraine has relied on a network of nearly 150 host families, who are carefully selected and supported throughout the year.
As full-fledged partners of the Institute, they welcome students into a warm and authentic environment, allowing them to share in the daily life of a French family, practice the language in real-life situations, and experience French culture from the inside.
This network, built up over the decades, is one of the Institut de Touraine’s greatest strengths and plays a key role in ensuring the quality of the learning experience it offers its students.
Founded in 1912, the Institut de Touraine teaches French language and culture to more than 2,000 students from around the world each year. Accredited with the “Qualité Français Langue Étrangère” label and “Qualiopi” certified, the institute stands out for its educational expertise and its historic campus.
