A few days ago, students had the chance to attend the conference “All Pioneers… in Their Own Way”! An afternoon rich in inspiration, with the program including:
A captivating presentation by Catherine Chadefaud, historian, on the theme “Adrienne Bolland, Aviation Pioneer”. A true journey through the life of this extraordinary aviator.
Then, a highlight: a striking performance staged by a class, contrasting misogynistic remarks with the journeys of pioneering women in various fields. A performance that was both moving and striking!
Next, a presentation by Ignacio, who offered a complementary and enriching perspective on the topic.
To conclude, a writing workshop was held at the library, offering participants a great opportunity to extend the reflection creatively.
In summary, this afternoon provided an opportunity for rich and inspiring exchanges around an essential theme: often made invisible, and despite obstacles and prejudices, women have profoundly impacted, and continue to impact, all areas of culture.
