All data concerning Users is collected directly from them.
The Institut de Touraine undertakes to obtain the consent of its Users and/or to allow them to object to the use of their data for certain purposes, whenever necessary.

We only collect data necessary for processing your requests and sending information. This data is collected via:

Our mailing lists are managed by the Mailchimp platform. Each mailing contains a hyperlink allowing you to unsubscribe at any time.
4. Purpose of Collected Data
The Institut de Touraine only collects data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
- To respond to your requests sent via our contact or quote/registration forms.
- To send you our newsletter, if you have subscribed.

Your Personal Information is retained by the Institut de Touraine for as long as necessary to carry out the activities concerned, except in the event of a request for account closure and the exercise of your right to be forgotten – and within the limits of legal document retention obligations related to these teaching and examination center activities.
Thus, a client account with no activity observed for more than 3 years may be closed and its data anonymized.
8. Data Protection Rights

Right of Access and Data Communication
You have the ability to access your Personal Information.
However, due to the security and confidentiality obligation in the processing of personal data incumbent upon the Institut de Touraine, you are informed that your request will be processed provided that you provide proof of your identity, particularly by producing a scan of your valid identification document (in case of a request via our dedicated electronic form) or a signed photocopy of your valid identification document (in case of a written request).
The Institut de Touraine informs you that it reserves the right, where applicable, to object to manifestly abusive requests (due to their number, repetitive, or systematic nature).

Right to Object
The exercise of this right is only possible in one of the following two situations:
- When the exercise of this right is based on legitimate grounds; or

The Institut de Touraine undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification, or objection, or any other additional request for information, within a reasonable period not exceeding 1 month from the receipt of your request.
9. Complaint to the Competent Authority
